1. Delivery Zones & Territory Coverage

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including the Contiguous US, Alaska, and Hawaii.

2. Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States — the price you see at checkout includes shipping.

Transit time: Atelier Valenti products are shipped from our overseas production and fulfillment partner, then handed off to a US carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) for final delivery. Once your order ships from our fulfillment partner, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking visibility may be limited during the international leg of the journey and becomes more detailed once your package reaches the United States and is handed to its final carrier. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking link for the first scan to appear.

5. Delivery Issues, Delays, and Support

If your package shows tracking anomalies, is held at customs, or has exceeded the estimated delivery window, contact us at contact@ateliervalenti.com and we'll work directly with our logistics partners to locate your package and resolve the issue.

6. Peak Season & Carrier Disruption Notice

During high-volume periods (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, the December holidays, or major promotions), national and international carriers may experience delays beyond our control. We process every order on schedule on our end, but please allow extra time for delivery during these periods.
